Reto Latino # 49

Hace un buen que tengo ganas de participar en el Reto Latino, pero el tiempo se me va como agua! Esta semana tiene un sketch  muy bonito con 3 colores que me encantaron, asi que puse manos a la obra y aqui esta mi tarjeta para el reto!!

Feliz cumple!!

Como hoy es el cumple de mi cunada, me inspire para hacer una tarjeta de cumple! Desde que vi este troquel de Martha Stewart del pez, tuve esta idea, pero por una cosa o por otra nunca la hice! Pero aqui esta:
 La base es cool caribbean de SU, la estampa del alga es de Inkadinkado, y el pez es un punch de Martha Stewart, la frase es de PTI Pond's life sentiments, que cuesta solo $5.00!!

April PTI Blog Hop

Here is my entry for this month's blog hop at PTI, the challenge was to use tissue paper,, and I remembered that when I first saw those cute tissue scalloped borders all over the  blogs that they looked like curtains! And since I had to use chair ished to save the world, (at  least  mine!) it  all came together very happily. I still need to play with the idea, (and take better indoor pictures) but I like the results. I used aqua mist and raspberry fizz, a bit of summer sunrise and spring rain, I stamped everything with memento.Thanks for looking

Una mas......

Since I got my new argyle from PTI I thought I should make one more card for the Papertrey Chicks Challenge 0! I love the argyle and I am so glad I decided just last minute to add the Enjoy the ride to my cart, even if I totally forgot to add Dotty and the frames dies!! Well there is ALWAYS a next order with PTI I have learned that!!

 So here is my second card all PTI for the challenge, since I got my Go to Sketches magazine I had to "justify it" because I have decided that everything in the world is o.k. if I use the things I buy at least ONCE! SO this is my latest PTI order and one of the sketches in the magazine!

The next card is for the Clean & Simple FTL#87 that I just loved! Thanks for the inspiration!!

 And the last one, one more go to sketch, unfortunately it got my 5 y.o. attention, a nice compliment indeed if it weren't for his "mango hands"!! But I had it and I took a picture of her, because in my opinion she deserved it and was an unfortunate victim of love...and mango!

So that was all for last night, now up to PTI blog hop tomorrow!! I am really looking forward to see everyone's creations! It is so much fun to see the same stamps in sooo many different ways!!

Besides I am almost done using all of the items from my last PTI order, I think I only have chair ished to go!!!

Finalmente...

Finalmente tuvo tiempo de harcer algunas manualidades! Entre ninos y alergias esta semana me ha ido como en feria!! Pero me llegaron mis nuevos "juguetes" de PTI y ya me andaba por jugar con ellos! Esta primera tarjeta tiene el nuevo set "Argyle" esta padrisimo y facil de usar, la tarjeta esta montada en una base de smokey shadow, y el argyle esta estampado con color rosa de versamark(?) las lineas puntadas con lime green de la misma tinta. El liston es del dollar tree, el gancho lo hice con alambre de mi stash para hacer joyeria, y el onesie es una estampa de studio g de michaels estampada en PTI bitty dots sweet blush. Que tal?
Finally I had time to craft! Between kids and allergies this has been a hard week! But I just received my new PTI goodies, and I was itching to try them!! This first card uses the new set Argyle, it's great and so easy to use! The card base is smokey shadow, the argyle is stamped in pink from  versamark, the dotted lines are lime green from the same brand. The ribbon is from the dollar tree, the hanger is from wire from my stash, the onesie is a dollar stamp from studio g. What do you think??

I made two more cards, because I went crazy with PTI and I have to justify to myself the new addiction, so here they are!! I'll reduce the blah blah because it's tiring and takes forever to write in both languages!!Let me know what you think, thank you for looking!

Promarkers Blog Candy

I visited this this lady's yesterday and she has the most amazing cards ever, a very talented artist. Jak (the lady's name) is generously offering two sets of Promarkers in her blog, all you have to do is spread the love, and comment in everyone of her post for this week, which believe me, it would be not a task, but an inspiration!!!

Papertrey Chick Challenge

Here is my entry for the Papertrey Chicks challenge. I found this argyle stamp yesterday at Joann, it's part of a set by Fiskars, I think is for graduates, it's an 8x8 set and it was $1.97 and has many lovely stamps, and this argyle little one, will do until I get my PTI order!!
Now for the card. I used smokey shadow for the base, for the spring blue I used one of my embossing folders, it think it's from cuttlebug, the flower is stamped in hibiscus burst and then I used dazzle versamark to stamp the argyle just like in the smokey shadow strip. The sentiment is from delightful dahlia. I feel it needs leaves, or something to make company to my lonely flower, but I wanted to adhere to the colors in the challenge.

Esta es mi tarjeta para el reto de Papertrey Chicks. Encontre esta estampa con el motivo de argyle en Joann, es parte de un grupo de la marca Fiskars, creo que el para graduados, el set es de 8x8 y me costo $1.97 y tiene muchos sellos muy bonito, y el argyle es un buen repuesto hasta que llegue mi orden de PTI!!

Flores y mariposas..

En todos lados veo hermosas flores y mariposas, asi que decidi tratar mi suerte en hacer tarjetas utillizando estos elementos, y aqui estan los resultados:

La base es su kraft, el papel de bolas naranjas es de My Mind's eye, el solido es Hawaiian Shores de PTI, el zig zag es cortado con el troquel de EK success, que me fascina!! La mariposa es con un troquel de PTI, corte varios zig zags y los pegue a una base de color blanco de PTI y luego lo corte con el troquel de mariposa, la frase es de PTI tambien.

Para la segunda la base es en blanco de PTI, en la parte inferior estampe con Polka dots basics 1 en hawaiian shores, la frase es de delightful dahlias en rasberry fizz, el pedazito de papel detras de la flor lo corte con el troquel de fiskars "bracket" y el papel es de my mind's eye. La flor la estampe con un sello de "background" que compre en hobby lobby que asemeja una hoja de musica, la flor es de un paquete de la seccion de dollar de Michaels, la doble en dos y la arrugue despues de estamparla por los dos lados uno en color cafe y el otro en caramelo, la arrugue y luego la peque a un circulo que corte con un punch, en el centro puse un boton de Basic Grey.

Mis nuevos juguetes!

Y aun sigo jugando con mis sellos de PTI, me encantaron, ya tengo una lista del tamano del mundo de todo lo que quiero comprar; ahora solo necesito la paciencia para esperar porque por supuesto no lo puedo comprar todo de un tiron!!!
Pero de mientras aqui estan estas tarjetas que hice inspiradas en los blogs que he visitado desde el forum de PTI. esas damas son fabulosas! una creatividad magnifica que te impulsa a tu tambien "crear" basandome en sus disenos. Muchas Gracias por la inspiracion!!
En la primera tarjeta utilize el set Fillable frames 1, y Beautiful Blooms II, el troquel de Martha Stewart con 3 mariposas, utilize la mas pequena, y el troquel de PTI que coordina con fillable frames 1, el ric rac es un punch de EK Success que compre en Joann's. Los colores de la tarjeta son Hawaiian Shores, Spring moss, raspberry fizz y summer sunrise.

La segunda tarjeta utiliza el set Delightful dahlia, y la frase es de Fillable frames 1, es en color kraft, de stampin up, los colores son Hawaiian Shores y melon mambo, el liston es del Dollar Tree! El bling es de Michael's dollar bin. Las lineas resaltadas las hize con el score board de Martha Stewart que me encanta.
